IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION, contact Canton Christmas Tree Farm a minimum of 10 business days prior to your scheduled event. If you fail to cancel 10 days prior, you agree to pay in full for the event.

IN CASE OF INCLEMENT WEATHER: Although we rely heavily on the weatherman, he is not always correct J. Remember, 50% chance of rain means there is a 50% chance it won't! Cancellations due to weather are to be discussed between the school and Canton Christmas Tree Farm by 7:30am the morning of the field trip. Call 214-202-8655.

CONFIRMATION: Mail a copy of this form and a 20 person deposit ($160-Pumpkin Patch or $140- Christmas Tree or Spring), made payable to Canton Christmas Tree Farm, three weeks prior to your scheduled event. Canton Christmas Tree Farm, P.O. Box 974, Canton, TX 75103.

The contents of this agreement meet with my approval, and I consider all arrangements to be confirmed and definite contingent upon the Farm’s approval and execution of this agreement.

Field trips begin at 9:30 sharp. Please arrive on schedule. If running late, call me at 214-202-8655.

Admission price per person is $8 for pumpkin patch or $7 for Spring or Christmas tree field trip. Contact person to pay for the students upon arrival. No charge for teachers or infants.

Parents & siblings will pay at the gate. We accept cash and/or school checks.

Dress appropriately for the weather (hats, gloves, coats) and BRING WIPES for hand washing.

Ask parents to carpool.

Consolidate lunches in boxes/coolers and put on the back of the buses. We will carry them to the picnic area for you.

Bring money for the fun store.

DIRECTIONS:
From Dallas: 1 Mile east of Canton on I-20 at FM 17. Exit 528, left on FM 17, right on north side 1-20 service road, farm is on the left (North side of I-20 between FM 17 and FM 1255).
From Tyler: Exit 530. Proceed 1 ½ miles on north side I-20 service road. Farm is on the right.
